4.76 Aerodromes and Heliports
4.76.2 Describe the limitations on the use of a place as an aerodrome or heliport. CAR Part 91
91.127 Use of aerodromes
A person must not use any place as an aerodrome unless it is suitable for the aircraft concerned to take off or land.
Operating at an aerodrome
A person must not operate an aircraft at an aerodrome unless:
they comply with any limitations and operational conditions notified by the aerodrome operator; and
when taking off or landing at night, the runway, heliport, or water channel:
has operable lighting appropriate for the aircraft; and
the lighting is activated; and
the aircraft is kept clear of any manoeuvring area, or part of a manoeuvring area, that has been notified or marked as unsafe; and
during take-off or landing, the runway, heliport, or water channel is clear of:
people;
