14.64 Descending Flight
14.64.2 State how changes in airspeed influence angle of descent (constant power/zero wind).
- Increasing airspeed:
- Increases drag
- Results in a steeper angle of descent
- Decreasing airspeed:
- Reduces drag (up to a point)
- Results in a shallower angle of descent
